Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
Welcome to Fetch My ESA. By using our website and platform to connect with licensed healthcare professionals, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.
1. Platform Connection Model
Fetch My ESA operates as an administrative connection platform. We do not provide clinical therapy, medical advice, or psychiatric diagnosis directly. We connect you with independent, licensed health professionals who carry sole clinical responsibility for evaluating you and determining whether to issue an Emotional Support Animal (ESA) housing letter.
An evaluation consultation does not guarantee approval. The clinical professional makes the final determination based on state laws, medical ethics, and their diagnostic assessment.
2. Flat Pricing & Billing
We charge one flat fee of $99 for the clinician evaluation and signed documentation. There are no recurring subscription fees, hidden renewal charges, or mandatory upgrade fees.
You are only charged if the clinical professional approves your request. If they conclude that an ESA letter is not appropriate for your situation, you pay nothing.
3. Money-Back Guarantee & Refunds
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if a valid ESA letter issued through our network is rejected by your landlord. To request a refund:
- You must submit your letter to your landlord as a reasonable accommodation request under the Fair Housing Act.
- If the landlord rejects the request, you must notify our support team and provide a copy of the landlord's written denial or specific objection.
- Our compliance team will review the denial and attempt to resolve the issue with your landlord. If we cannot resolve it, we will refund your payment in full.
- Refunds are not provided for change of mind after the letter has been signed and issued.
4. User Responsibilities & Misrepresentation
You agree to provide honest, accurate, and complete information during your intake screening and evaluation. Knowingly providing false information or misrepresenting a disability to obtain an assistance animal accommodation is illegal in many states (such as California, Alabama, Florida, and Iowa) and can result in civil or criminal penalties.
